VIXEL (VXL) is a utility token for the VinX-GPT ecosystem. It is not a security or financial product. Holding VXL grants no equity, dividends, or ownership in any company.
Listing a Core allows others to download a copy — you keep your original. The Platform charges a 3% fee on all VXL transactions. All transactions are peer-to-peer and final. The Platform does not mediate buyer-seller disputes.
VXL payments execute on the Polygon blockchain and are irreversible once confirmed. You are solely responsible for verifying transaction details in MetaMask before signing. The Platform is not liable for failed or incorrect transactions.
VinX-GPT and all associated software are the intellectual property of Vincent Ilagan. You may not copy or commercialize any part of the Platform without written permission.
The Platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uptime, data persistence, or the value of VXL. We are not liable for losses from market volatility, smart contract issues, or third-party failures.
Token markets are volatile. VXL value may decrease to zero. Only use funds you can afford to lose. This Platform does not provide financial advice.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
