This Privacy Policy describes how VinX-GPT / VIXEL (vixels.site) collects, uses, and protects your information.
We do NOT collect passwords, private keys, email addresses (unless you contact us), or payment card information.
Game data is stored in JSON files on our AWS EC2 server located in the Asia Pacific (Singapore) region. Core files (.vinxcore) are stored on the same server. We implement standard server security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.
All on-chain VXL transactions are recorded permanently on the Polygon blockchain and are publicly visible. Wallet addresses and transaction amounts are public by nature of the blockchain. We have no control over blockchain data.
The VinX web app stores your game state (VIXEL balance, pets, rank) in your browser's localStorage. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our server unless you share a Core or join the lobby.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your username, rank, and CP are publicly visible on the leaderboard by design.
To request deletion of your account data, contact us at admin@vixels.site. Note that on-chain transactions cannot be deleted as they are permanently recorded on the blockchain.
The Platform is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
